Hey there, friend. I’m Olivia. I’m a fitness junkie turned wellness and mindset coach, passionate about self-development. I started my journey as a Certified Personal Trainer and rapidly became obsessed with all things health and wellness. From day one, I found myself investing in more than just my clients’ time in the gym, but also their overall happiness and wellbeing. I craved a deeper connection and wanted to offer them more than just a diet and workout routine.
I witnessed so many clients spin their wheels in the gym without progress, no matter how hard they worked during our sessions. They thought that hiring a trainer and implementing a workout routine would magically solve all of their problems. Many of them, however, were not doing the work they needed to do outside of the gym. They were taking care of their physical body, but not their mental and spiritual bodies. They would go through fits and starts of eating clean and staying consistent, never fully committing to their higher vision.
Through my time as a trainer and also working towards my own goals, I’ve learned that no amount of physical exercise can connect you to your highest self without the correct mindset. Being well is so much more than how you treat your body. The raw and gritty truth is that you will never be truly happy and aligned until you face what it is that’s deep inside, holding you back from reaching your goals. You can want something with all of your heart, but if you don’t truly believe, deep down, that you are capable of attaining those desires, they will never come to fruition.
I’ve experienced this first hand and through years of consistent self-development, I’ve broken through so many barriers and limiting beliefs. I’ve overcome crippling anxiety and self-hatred. I’ve forgiven myself and others who have hurt me. I’ve overcome heartbreaks I never thought I would move on from. I took a step back from what had claimed my identity for years and rediscovered my truest, most authentic self.
Life is so much more than hating the image that looks back at you in the mirror, having feelings of doubt and confusion, or feelings of guilt for not making it to the gym or for eating that cookie. It’s so much more than feeling trapped in a job, relationship, living environment, or mindset that doesn’t serve you. Stop letting your own mind get in the way of you reaching your goals.
