As a Colorado-based health coach and psychotherapist, I have always held a great passion for helping others reach their fullest potential physically, mentally, and emotionally. My biggest driver has always been resilience - recognizing it, believing in it, and manifesting it.
It is no secret - life is tough, my friends. We face new challenges every single day. We experience hardships, losses, internal battles. Addictions. Mental strife. Events that test our strength. And because of this, more often than not, our health is put on the back-burner. And then naturally, because of THIS, we often find ourselves in a cycle that we can’t seem to figure our way out of. It’s awesome, right?
But here’s the greatest news of all people - you, at any point in time, can make the decision to change your life. You can rise out of the ashes. You can beat the odds. You can make it to places that you never imagined you could. You can get there, and I am excited to help guide you there.
A little bit more about me -- I graduated from Colorado State University in 2014 with my Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology and I later furthered my education at the University of New England where I obtained my Master of Clinical Social Work degree in 2017. While working as a mental health clinician I have provided treatment to children, teens and adults on issues such as anxiety, attachment, behavior, depression, grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem, self-expression, suicidal ideation and trauma.
I like to maintain what is known as a solution-focused, whole-person approach to coaching, which in Layman’s terms means that I want you to come to me with a goal, I want to help you make a plan on how you will reach it, and I want to incorporate all aspects of your well-being in the process. Let’s get you to where you’re meant to be.
