Where is the office located, and how to do I get there?
The simple answer is that our address is 3723 Del Prado Blvd. South Suite A Cape Coral, FL 33904 The answer that will help you… we are a little hard to find if you don’t know we’re there! We often hear of the frequent U-turns out front from missing our location. We’re in Southeast Cape Coral at the intersection of Savona Pkwy and Del Prado Blvd South. It’s a bright yellow building and because of city regulations, we do not have a sign on Del Prado, so you want to look for “Sea Tow” and “Dan’s Fan City.” We’re on the North Side of that building and the windows are labeled “Delta Family Counseling.”
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All of our clinicians have telehealth options available.
How long are sessions?
Our sessions are 50 minutes for most, with options for longer sessions for couples, families, and individuals if appropriate for your therapy goals. Sometimes our younger children need to work up to longer sessions, so we may start out with less and work toward full session times. **Virtual sessions are sometimes shorter
How much does it cost?
The monetary cost is one we can discuss as it depends on the level of therapist and their set rates. There are other costs that go with counseling. Besides investing in yourself monetarily, you’re also investing the time into your growth! This includes the time in our office and ways in which you change in your daily life.
Do you take insurance, and why or why not?
This is probably our number one question. Insurance often prevents you from getting the full therapy experience you deserve and doesn’t protect your information like self-pay clients do. For this reason, we offer many options as far as packages, individual sessions, and options to meet your needs to receive the therapy you want and need. We’ve tried the insurance route in the past and realized it just isn’t the best plan for you or our clinicians. Let’s talk more about options that fit your needs!
