Colleen McCarthy is an RDN, LD, CLT, CMT, RYT. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Massage Therapist and LEAP Therapist specializing in the immune system and gut health. Colleen is also a Yoga Teacher and a Medical Intuitive.
After living with celiac disease herself, she had to navigate this wheat-filled world alone. When she discovered the depth of her many food sensitivities, she also discovered her passion for promoting a healthy outlook on life. Not only from food, but from every angle: body, mind, and spirit. And, she discovered the depth of her intuitive abilities and how much chronic inflammation had been keeping her from deep connection with her soul.
Colleen calls her approach WHOLEistic [sic], because she views the body as a whole. She works with energetic (subtle) bodies as well as the physical body. She is passionate about helping people reset their physical bodies, energetic bodies, and helping both of them to integrate and align.
Working with Colleen, many have cleared the pathway to accessing their joy, clarity, and sense of being exactly where they need to be.
