My journey to being a coach and trainer has been amazing. I’m living proof that getting older doesn’t have to mean breaking down or slowing down! As a recent cancer survivor and long time athlete, I have such gratitude that I’m healthy at this age - and that I’ve been led to combine my passion for fitness, nutrition and sports into one purpose. That purpose is to help others become fitter, healthier and more energized.
Movement and exercise, new health habits, wellness coaching and basic nutrition can help make that happen for you. You decide your specific goals - getting stronger, dropping meds, mobility and flexibility, Balance, toning, losing weight, coming back from injuries and/or generally feeling better and having more energy - and I’ll create a program just for you!
I offer custom workouts and other coaching in live video sessions. I also offer services in an individual, couples or small group setting, a clients’ location or my home fitness studio. I follow Covid procedure.
A former runner, I work out, trail walk, and play racquetball on a regular basis. I work with adults of all ages, but I am especially attuned to older adults who want to stay in shape or get in shape and start to feel good again. It gets harder as we age, but I have found through my own experience that moving beyond our comfort zones pays off in new levels of health, confidence, and our outlook on life.
