After graduating from UNC Wilmington with a degree in Exercise Science I moved to Raleigh to start a career as a personal trainer. I worked at a big box gym for six years until starting my own business. I have trained everyone from 12 to 96 years old, all fitness levels, abilities, and health conditions.
I believe getting and being healthy is a collaboration of physical activity, nutrition, and mindset. Incorporating all three aspects not only help you lose weight but improves balance, flexibility, mood, confidence, sleep, memory, and reduces the risk of so many health conditions.
