Curious about your Therapist? I am a Board Certified Mental Health Therapist. I provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy for ADULTS and ADOLESCENTS. I was born and raised in Russia. When I was a teenager, I had a wonderful experience living in Alaska for a year as part of my junior year of High School. I am a first generation immigrant in my family, I’ve navigated my own journey of finding where I belong. I’ve planted roots here and made Charlotte, NC my home in 2002 where I live with my husband and son.
I completed my studies in counseling at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. I’ve been working in mental health field for over 12 years. My experience ranges from working with disabled adolescents to men, women and older adults with various Mental Health issues. Apart from being a private practice practitioner, I work at one of the busiest Emergency Departments in town as part of a Telepsychiatry team where I assist psychiatrists with psychiatric pre-screens on patients with Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorders. I am experienced at handling crisis mental health situations, I am knowledgable about local resources that will accommodate your Mental Health needs.
