I was trained in Therapeutic Massage health field and graduated from Wake Technical Community College at Raleigh North Carolina. For my Medical Massage specialized in Orthopedic Massage, I was trained by LMT Success Group held at Charlotte,NC. Orthopedic Massage is focused on treating painful conditions which affect the soft tissues of the body.
Before I enter into this profession, I was once like you who have problems in my body. I know how it feels. I had a frozen shoulder and chronic back pain, sciatic pain, insomnia due to daily stress, hip and knee joint pain, restless legs, and migraine. Through the help of continuous therapeutic massage, those pain and inconveniences that I experienced were treated. Now, it is my pleasure to share it with you and help you through this journey. It is not a promise that you will be totally recovered from the first session. Recovery is up to you on how you manage the situation.
My philosophy in my practice is to listen attentively, courtesy, and do things diligently. With full attention and diligence to pursue my career, I received good feedback from my clients during clinical, and community service which gave me full confidence to practice my own profession. I believe that every aspect of a person's body, mind, and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy. As a Medical Massage Practitioner and Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist . I treat every individual according to their specific needs. Each session is customized to meet the needs of an individual either relaxing or integrating various therapeutic massage modalities into one session such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Heat or Cold Therapy, or Myofascial Release.

What is Therapeutic Massage?
Therapeutic Massage is all about correcting, repairing, and healing. They can treat hostile issues from chronic pain to sports injuries, to sore or tight muscles, tendons, and ligaments over multiple sessions. Licensed Therapist or Practitioner make an incremental structure to the body; manipulating soft tissue to loosen muscles, increase blood flow, and flexibility by applying different type of modalities that suit the needs your muscles and tissues. The Therapist/Practitioner will make a treatment plan for you, begin to listen to your issues and address them accordingly.
When can I see changes or development?
You can see changes or development in your muscles depending on how your muscle adapt to massage and how your compliance was. During the process, the Massage Therapist/Practitioner will prepare a treatment plan, inform you about the status of your muscle, educate you, and give you a self-care plan outside the session time. Usually, you can see a dramatic change in 3 to 6 sessions. But still, results vary for each individual depending on the status of the muscle and soft tissues.
Do I have to disclose to Therapist or Practitioner all the ailments I have?
Yes, it is very important that you disclose every ailment you have to your Therapist or Practitioner. There are different types of pain you feel in your body. In each pain, the Therapist or Practitioner has to deal with or treat them in different ways. For example, sore muscles will be treated differently with tight muscles. Disclosing all the aches and pains you feel to your Therapist or Practitioner will expedite the healing process.
What will happen next after the treatment?
After the treatment, maintenance is very important. We use our body 24 hrs a day: voluntary and involuntary muscles. Our body is like a vehicle that needs regular maintenance. The Therapist or Practitioner will suggest on how often you will get a massage at a particular time.

We help to loosen tight muscles and fascia; Lessen or eradicate sore, tingling, numbness, and burning sensation of muscles and soft tissues; Help with the status of anxiety, depression, or insomnia ( these are only a few of our listings, request the Therapist/Practitioner for a consultation).
