They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. With that in mind, we can meet anyone’s goals. Our programs are scalable for all fitness levels, age groups, and physical limitations.
