F45 specializes in small group high intensity interval training that is based on functional movement to improve strength, cardio, core stability, balance, agility and posture during 45 minute sessions led by two certified trainers. Our studio emphasizes an inclusive community and caters to all fitness levels from beginner to elite. Customized modifications and progressions are provided on an individual basis and we keep a positive encouraging environment where all athletes reap the benefits of our training. Access to meal planning, nutrition, weight management and atheltic performance management is available as well.
