Cheryl began her personal yoga journey while still in high school in the late 70’s. But in her early 20’s after recovering from a long illness, she found fitness and movement and a renewed love for Yoga. Her recovery came slowly, the internet didn’t exist ‘back in the old days’ and living in a rural area there weren’t any yoga studios but she had books, and a voracious love of learning. By the mid-1980’s she was living in a small town in Middle Tennessee and she began teaching fitness.
