He had high blood pressure, I had crippling gut problems. We were doing everything right, we exercised consistently, we ate healthily, and we followed our appropriate calorie numbers. So why were our problems not going anywhere? I became frustrated and started asking questions, specifically, “What exactly goes on inside our bodies?” After years of research from following that simple question, I came to realize that a large majority of the fitness industry was approaching weight loss and health completely wrong.
We were hooked on calories with our “one size fits all/ eat less and exercise more,” approach when the true answer to our weight gain and health problems tended to be very unique for each individual and lay much deeper. By understanding the functional truth of how our bodies actually work, I was able to implement simple shifts in our own lives that led to Phil’s blood pressure normalizing completely and my gut problems disappearing along with my excess inflammation weight.
Once that happened I knew I had struck gold and started sharing with friends and family. Our first client lost 10 pounds in the first week while eating as much as wanted, since then we haven't had a single client NOT lose weight. Because of this, I felt it was my duty to bring this understanding into the fitness world which brings me here today to you!

What is personal training with you like?
I specialize in fitness beginners success so I strive to make my training a perfect stepping stone into the health world especially if you lack experience. I offer a few different packages which are all easy to view on the "personal training" tab on my website. But in a nutshell I offer, online, hybrid, and in person training with meal planning, and master classes included so that you can easily come to understand what matters most.
Is the meal planning customizable? What if I need to plan for multiple people or only like easy meals?
For the meal planning you get your own personalized account with our meal planning software set to your exact preferences. You get access to a recipe box and you can pick and choose exactly what you want by dragging and dropping recipes on specific days or you can allow the automation feature to build the plan for you. (Personally I prefer to build my plan myself). Once you build your plan you can print your shopping list and download the full plan PDF that will include all the recipes, a timeline guide for cooking, and a schedule to post on your fridge. It is all very easy to use (I use it for my family every week).
What other programs do you offer?
I offer a variety of Masterclasses you can easily access through my website and I also offer nutrition coaching. I understand that the world of food can be super confusing, my greatest passion is making that confusion disappear for you so that you can make great choices guided by understanding instead of outdated starvation based myths. This is a new addition and I will be opening enrollment every few weeks, make sure to check my website for more details or feel free to get in contact with me for specific questions.
How can I trust that you will get me results? There are so many trainers and programs out there, why should I trust what you offer?
It is important to ask that question. I find myself doing to same as I search for coaching in my specific fields. This is all I can say. I became a personal trainer because I saw an overall lack of understanding in the average trainer, particularly when it came to nutrition and root cause problems. Too often a lack of results in the client would be blamed on the client for "lack of effort." To me, that answer was ridiculous, I felt that as fitness professionals we needed to be doing more to understand the human body so that we could deliver results consistently. By obsessing over that quest, I grew an understanding that most personal trainers do not have. It's the same understanding I have used to deliver consistent results to my clients, (they average between 5 and 15 pounds lost each month, no calorie deficits) and I am more than eager to share it with you (see my free master class). I'm not here to try to hide what I know from you and make you think you're lost without me. But I can confidently say that my clients achieve great results, and I know I can help you too.
