Core Medical Group is an Out-Patient Rehab and Sports Medicine Practice specialized in evaluating and treating patients with musculo-skeletal and neurological conditions and sports related injuries. We are also specialized in treating patients with MVA and Slip Fall injuries. We accept all insurances including Medicaid. We take LOPs (Letter of Protection) from attorneys’ for people who are in MVA and no insurance. We also accept cash for patients who have no insurance.
