We are a Patient Centered Medical Home. This a care delivery model whereby your treatment is coordinated through your primary care physician here at Children’s Medical Group to ensure the necessary care when and where you need it, in a manner you can understand. Our practice specializes in chronic, acute, and preventative medical care for young people. We offer well-child check-ups, physicals, immunizations, and treatment for ear infections, asthma, the flu, and many other conditions.
