As a former fitness instructor, off and on, for over 20 years; and an educator for 18 years, I am passionate about helping others who are ready to reclaim their health. I am a cancer survivor, teacher, wife, and mom and I get to take my love for teaching to a whole new level! I thought I knew all the right things to do; being a former fitness instructor; but through the years it dawned on me that one cannot out-exercise a bad diet!
I completed the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program in early 2019 as my frustration was growing with my health and wellness. I was the one hiding in the background in pictures, or not wanting my picture taken at all. I was the one spending hours on the treadmill to try to burn off the previous day’s guilt of eating too much! I was the one waking up from a fitful night of sleep – not sleep!
Other programs worked for a few weeks; and taking more fitness classes took away some of my guilt for a day. But my frustration continued to grow. I no longer wanted to eliminate whole food groups; or had to buy shakes and supplements. I wanted to learn the HOW AND WHY to my increasing belly and back fat; and I wanted to start sleeping better and have energy when I woke up! I wanted a program that educated me and didn’t just TELL me what to do.
FASTer Way finally taught me the science behind some strategies, and it became my lifestyle. I will never, ever need to go on another ‘diet’ and never ever have to think again, that a piece of cake, or a glass of wine has ruined me.
This judgement free zone is what I bring to others. This renewed sense of empowering others to feel confident in their healthiest body, have a passion for life, and a great sense of energy for living is all about what I get to do.
Once a client signs up with the FASTer Way program they are given access to an app; an online portal, our private Facebook group, live trainings done by the creator of FASTer Way, live trainings done by me, meal plans,(vegan and regular), live workouts, or a digital studio of a variety of workouts.
Clients receive personal attention to goals they have set for themselves and clients are welcomed into a community of like-minded individuals all with the same intention of supporting each other, being encouraged, loved on, and motivated not just on Day One; but for however long they NEED to accomplish their goals. 6 weeks? 6 months?
