The Parisi Speed School is the top youth athletic training company in the country, with a 27yr storied history. Parisi has trained millions of kids, 154 NFL Draft Choices, and Olympians in every sport. Out of over 110 franchises around the world, Champions has been ranked in the Top 5 for over eight years now. Every athlete gets faster, stronger, and gains confidence. Classes in Linear Speed, Change of Direction, and Strength are run daily in three age groups.
Parisi age groups are "Jump Start" - Ages 7-11..."Total Performance" - Ages 12-14...and "Elite" - High School. For long term success in sports, parents need to realize their kids need to train more and play less.
The Training for Warriors Program comes from the history of Founder Martin Rooney training some of the top athletes in the world. Martin is one of the top Coaches in the world, having been COO of Parisi for over fifteen years. He designs the workouts on an annual basis, ensuring each student is testing and training effectively and safely. The "TFW" motto is "Lift Heavy and Sprint". We do this safely by warming up thoroughly for at least twenty minutes, unlike any other program on the market. Who has the best bodies? Sprinters! What do they do? Lift heavy and sprint! Classes run daily at 6, 7, 8, and 9am...Noon, 5:30pm and 6:30pm, and Saturdays at 8 and 9am.
Champions Judo is run by Sensei Ken Nazemetz. Ken is a revered Coach in the Southeast, and brings the Champions Mission of empowerment to the mat in each session. The foundational principles of Martial Arts are a perfect match with those of Champions Sports Performance.
