I am a North Carolina native from Goldsboro. I grew up in an Italian family, so gluten and dairy were a large part of our 2-hour meals. I began getting interested in Nutrition after Undergrad, and that is what lead me to Holistic Medicine.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy going to the beach with my family, kayaking, hiking and traveling.
I often do collaboration workshops and health fairs. Check my calendar periodically for updates!
I look forward to working with you!

Does acupuncture hurt?
Acupuncture uses thin-hairlike needles. Acupuncture creates sensations such as warmth, pressure, or heaviness. It is not typically painful.
How does acupuncture work?
When a needle is inserted, it elicits a response to the brain to send signals to that area. The needle only creates a microabrasion, so there is no swelling that occurs, but it is enough for the body to send red and white blood cells as well as lymph fluid to begin the process of healing.
