What happens after my 3 free notes?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro ($19/month) for unlimited notes. Your existing notes are always accessible — you just can't generate new ones on the free plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is Wellistic HIPAA compliant?

What counts as a 'note'?
Each time you click 'Generate Note' and receive a completed SOAP/DAP/BIRP note, that counts as one note. Editing an existing note or copying/downloading it does not count as a new note.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — we're keeping it simple with monthly billing for now. Annual plans with a discount are on our roadmap.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
