I help post partum mothers adjust and balance motherhood, especially when returning to the workforce. Expectations are high and it feels like there is no recognition of the stressors that come with balancing the two. I have been there, it feels lonely, crappy, depressing, as if there is a constant rollercoaster of nothing but drifts and overwhelming waves of anxiety. With therapy, I grew to many strengths within me and how powerful and resilient one’s mind has the capability to be.
